Accessibility Statement

Ridge Way Mental Health Services aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA, and continues to improve the site’s accessibility. If something is not working for you, we want to know.

Our Commitment

Ridge Way Mental Health Services is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means we measure text contrast rather than assume it, make interactive elements reachable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator, give images descriptive alternative text, keep headings in a logical order, and turn off motion for anyone who has asked their device to reduce it.

Accessibility matters more than usual on a psychiatric practice website. Someone reading this may be exhausted, anxious, or struggling to concentrate. Legibility is not a compliance exercise.
